We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 1 month. These timelines follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the Information Technology Rules 2021.

Spotted a wrong price, a dead link, or a match that doesn’t hold up? Tell us. Include the link to the page and what is wrong, and we will check it against both listings.

Report a problem with a match

We name brands only to identify the product an alternative is compared with, as plain text and never with a logo. If you own a brand shown on this site and want a correction or a removal, email the Grievance Officer at grievance@example.com with the link to the page, the trademark or product concerned, and what you would like changed.

We acknowledge the request within 48 hours and respond within 1 month. While we review a removal request we may take the page down. Our full trademark notice is on the disclaimer page.
